How many buildings will BuildBPS build?

How many new schools are supposed to be built under BuildBPS?

Slide 23 of the October 17 BuildBPS presentation says five (see fourth bullet) and refers to a map on slide 24.

But that map shows nine sites, not five.

So which is it? Nine or five?

The answer is in Appendix D of the 166-page version of the plan released November 28.
