What is education policy? How can I influence policy to advocate for my students and my profession? Learn about this and more in the AFT/BTU Teacher Leader Program. Teacher Leader Fellows engage with state and local policy makers, conduct action research to explore the real impact of education policy and join a national network of teachers advocating for the policies we need.
