Do the Write Thing Challenge
Attention 6, 7, and 8th grade teachers! The 2015 Do the Write Thing (DTWT) Challenge is underway! The 2015 Do the Write Thing Challenge is an initiative of the National Campaign to Stop Violence. This will be the Boston Chapter’s 8th consecutive year of participation in the challenge. This is a tremendous opportunity to engage young people in grades 6-8 in creatively expressing their thoughts with the social impact of violence. The deadline for submission of student writings is Friday, March 6. All Boston participants in the DTWT Challenge will be honored in a local ceremony. Two of the winners of the 2015 Challenge will serve as National Ambassadors for the City of Boston. For details and teacher information for the DTWT can be please email Angela Cristiani.
