OMME is pleased to offer RETELL courses free for BPS educators! If you need to take the SEI Endorsement course or are interested to take as a PD opportunity, please sign up using this Google form. Please note: if you are a teacher or admin who wants the SEI Endorsement for teachers to renew your teacher license, you need to take the SEI teacher course. Also, per DESE, you can only miss one teacher class and cannot miss an admin course to pass the course. In the event there is greater interest than capacity, we will prioritize educators whose current role requires the SEI endorsement. A Think Space is a place in the classroom where students can take a break, reflect on emotions and practice SEL strategies to manage stress. The program is designed as a cohort model of 10 specialists starting summer 2023 for one academic year. You will get the latest skills and competencies in the areas of computer technology in education, e-learning design, assistive technology plus an internship experience where you will work closely with a colleague(s) from your own school/district on a mutually agreed upon project.
We will be hosting a virtual open house on November 9 from 6-7 p.m. Eastern to talk more about this exciting opportunity that will enhance your career!
