Lead Teacher Program is Still in Effect for 2017-18
In the recently ratified CBA, the BTU and BPS agreed to bring the Lead Teacher program to an end. This will have no effect on the program for this year. Those who have been hired into the role by their school’s Personnel Subcommittee will continue to perform the associated duties and receive the $2,250 stipend.
Missing PD Certificates?
Many members report not receiving PDP certificates (hard copy or electronic) last year or in previous years. If you or staff in your school has not been given certificates to use for recertification or other purposes, please complete this very short form.
