The staff at Neighborhood House Charter School and Codman Academy Charter School both voted within the past year to organize with the Boston Teachers Union in order to negotiate a fair working agreement with administrators at their respective school buildings. The BTU will be supporting their bargaining units as they negotiate with school leaders to establish a contract that respects educators and provides the resources students need to thrive.
