NEW — Review Proposals for New District Formative Reading Assessments
The district has been collecting proposals from various vendors for new formative reading assessments across grades K-12 to ensure teachers have access to actionable data to inform instruction. We are looking for 3-4 teachers to read and review proposals (relevant to their grade span). You will be be provided with a stipend for roughly 4-5 hours of review time between March 27 and April 2. A mandatory call/webinar with the RFP Committee will be held during the last week in March to review the process. Please reach out to Mike Rubino at mrubino@bostonpublicschools.org and include your name, role, school, and a short statement as to why you want to be part of the district’s selection of a new reading assessment (a few sentences is fine).

NEW — Take the Teacher Climate Survey Today!
The Teacher Climate Survey is now open. This survey is designed by researchers at the Massachusetts Consortium for Innovative Education Assessment of which the BTU is a member and supporter.
