The BTU and representatives from the district met for the 19th collective bargaining session on August 28th. The BTU contract is going to expire on August 31st, and the district has consistently refused to budge from its policy of forcing a general education teacher to obtain additional specialized licenses to perform the work of multiple educators while denying students the level of services they deserve.
