In 2024, staff at Neighborhood House Charter School and Codman Academy Charter School organized with the Boston Teachers Union for a voice on the job. After years of being shut out of decisions that impact them directly, they are demanding a Collective Bargaining Agreement that centers the families their schools serve. When staff have a voice and the resources they need to do their job without burning out, students and communities thrive!
