Laura Perille, the interim superintendent of the Boston Public Schools, is now licensed to run a school system in Massachusetts.
Perille’s provisional superintendent/assistant superintendent license became valid Saturday, according to the state Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
The license, which is good for the next five years, comes as Perille has been silent on whether she will seek the job permanently.
