Over the objection of outraged students, teachers, and parents, the Boston School Committee voted Wednesday night to close two high schools in West Roxbury over the next two years.
The committee voted 5-0 in favor of the closing, but member Regina Robinson abstained, saying “There are still unresolved questions.”
“There is too much disruption to a vulnerable population of students,” she said.
