Save the Date: Boston Education Justice Alliance Town Hall
Please join us on Thursday, January 19 from 5:30-8 PM at Madison Park High School for “Love Our Students, Cherish Our Schools: A Vision Forward to Create the Schools Our Communities Deserve in 2017.” Join students, parents, BTU members and community members for a Town Hall to:

  • better understand the state of public education both federally and locally
  • learn about a community-driven path forward post-Question 2 and the November 2016 election
  • share your ideas, concerns and solutions to create the schools our communities deserve

Baltimore “Community Schools” Breakfast
The BTU is partnering with BPS and community organizations to host a breakfast to learn more about a model for school improvement called “Community Schools.” Here in Boston, we are calling them “Hub Schools.” The Burke, Gardner and Higginson Lewis are local schools using this model.
