A letter to all members detailing some of the above in greater detail was written yesterday, will be mailed out tomorrow, and should arrive in your homes beginning Friday. We will post it later in the week.
Your union negotiating team (Erik Berg, Gary Fisher, Josefina Lascano, Ed Doherty, and Garret Virchick)has been outstanding, diligent, and truly representative of the best we have to offer. We are also joined by BTU Counsel, Matt Dwyer, as well as all of the elected officers and staff. Your executive board is meeting today.
We will report to the session this Friday morning prepared to work through the weekend while we await the scheduling of the first mediation session with the state board.
