ELT Implementation Information
The full implementation of our Schedule A ELT Agreement this year to all traditional elementary and K-8 schools means members will experience many changes beyond the added 40 minutes of instructional time. All teachers in Schedule A schools will be paid according to a new salary schedule where all steps and lanes are increased by $4,464 (this will increase upon ratification of the new contract). Paras are paid at the hourly rate for all hours worked. Here are a few resources to help you understand new structures, rights, and responsibilities under the Schedule A agreement.

Even with Extended Day, PD Today is Six Hours
