Fund for Teachers Info Session: October 29
We will be hosting an info session on October 29 from 4:30-6 PM at the BTU for those interested in learning about Fund for Teachers and how to apply for grants of $5,000 (individuals) or $10,000 (teams) to design a professional learning experience. If you are unable to make this session, you can use the Application Learning Center or contact Paul for more information.
Facilitating Cognitively Demanding Tasks: Drop-in Lesson Planning Support: Thursday
Revise and plan lessons to ramp up cognitive demand. Come by with your laptop and lesson plans. This is the first in our monthly series of drop-in support sessions to provide teachers with individualized supports in commonly requested areas. Peer Assistants and PAR Consulting Teachers will be on hand to help you plan lessons and answer questions about any and all things instruction. Project-Based Learning in the Traditional Classroom: A Learning Site
