High School Redesign in Boston on Thursday, November 19, from 6-8 PM at the Boston Teachers Union. At this event, hosted by the BTU and facilitated by Dr. Tommy Chang, Superintendent of the Boston Public Schools and Turahn Dorsey, Chief of Education for Mayor Marty Walsh, Members of the Boston Teachers Union will participate in design thinking workshops to contribute their professional perspective on high schools of the future. Our thoughts, ideas, and opinions will be added to the growing body of information collected in Boston as a part of the high school redesign process. Members will also have the opportunity to engage with and reflect on themes that have emerged to date through 28 forums at schools, community meetings and student gatherings attended by over 1,800 stakeholders.

The event is open to all, but please RSVP for planning purposes.
