Pathway programs enable participants to obtain licensure in the respective field while conveying the professional knowledge, instructional skills and practices and dispositions for effective teaching. A professional learning grant is one of ten $500 stipends that will awarded to BTU members interested in sharing their work with others by being a “public learner.” Grantees document the development of their work by writing three reflective pieces throughout the school year. Grantees will also facilitate workshop sessions at the 2015 Professional Learning Conference (date TBD). Apply today! The first round of applications closes on June 29. The 2nd Annual Professional Learning Conference was a huge success. Over 130 members of the BTU and BPS community came together on Saturday for a great day of learning led by educators.
